Benchmark’s 2019–2020 Banquet Playbook was created in collaboration with Hotel Roanoke’s VP of Food & Beverage and several partners, Fortessa included. The playbook serves as a styling and order guide, elevating experiences for guests and aiding F&B teams in doing so. After being distributed to all of Benchmark’s properties, it ultimately helped the group win the 2019 Stella Award.
Using Benchmark’s brand guidelines, I created a layout system with the various displays in mind. With digestibility and ease of use as the primary goal, color, type, and white space were used to denote key pieces of information.
